Central location, close to restaurants, supermarket, and public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms equipped with necessary amenities, including a baby bed. Fresh breakfast buffet with good coffee. Great soundbar in the room.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Bugis Street MRT station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The Ash & Elm restaurant offers a chic dining experience with delicious international cuisine. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the international airport, making it perfect for travelers on the go.

The gym facilities are a bit outdated and could use some modernization.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center of the city with easy access to shopping and eating options. We enjoyed the convenience of having plenty of food choices within walking distance. the hotel is near heritage sites, making it feel like a mini tour or holiday. The gym facilities were new and well-maintained, providing a great workout experience for us.

Lovely Club Lounge experience with a wide variety of food and a spacious, Singaporean-themed atmosphere. The staff members, especially in the Club Lounge, were fabulous and made me feel at home. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the airport and a shopping center nearby. The hotel is efficient, ensuring quick service for luggage and transportation needs. I had a great stay at InterContinental Singapore and would highly recommend it.

Hotel design and pool with jacuzzi are great. Night swim is relaxing. Good overall service, especially from the breakfast team, shoutout to Vincent for making mornings enjoyable. Extra bed provided for kids at no cost. New and clean rooms. Friendly front desk staff. Good location, with many nearby restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Some guests have mentioned that the menu options at the new LUCE Italian restaurant were limited and disappointing.

Luxurious amenities satisfied all my needs. This hotel provided excellent service, and the sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and steam room were all very relaxing and clean. the privacy of the facilities and the exclusive room advantages made me feel like royalty.

Despite the exceptional Bar/Lounge area, one minor issue was the limited snack bar options. Nevertheless, their Special diet menus were tasty, and the location advantages made up for it , the venue was situated near many restaurants, shops.

The staff at this hotel was amazing and very accommodating. They quickly moved us to a different room when we requested due to a strong chlorine smell. They even provided personal handwritten notes and fresh fruit as a gesture of goodwill. Another great aspect of this hotel is its key location. It is only about a 15-20 minute drive from the airport and conveniently connected to several malls. there are plenty of food options around the area, so we opted not to get the hotel breakfast.

This venue is a luxurious paradise. the service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. the room was spacious, with exclusive amenities like a Jacuzzi and steam room. the restaurant had a delicious in-room breakfast and buffet breakfast, with special diet menus, and a snack bar. the location advantages provided easy access to nearby eateries and transport. the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing with comfortable sun loungers and excellent leisure facilities like a TV room.

The only minor issue was the slow internet speed, which could be inconvenient for business needs. this hotel provided an exceptional experience with its exclusive facilities and excellent service.
